About Me

Hi, I’m Natasha, I have been helping people to overcome anxiety, to heal from emotional pain and past trauma, and to let go of unwanted habits, for over a decade. I am passionate about what I do, and I feel blessed and honoured to help people in this way.

I help people to let go of negative, unhelpful thoughts and beliefs (such as “I’m not good enough” or “What if.. something goes wrong?” or “I’m being judged” or “What if I feel this miserable forever?”), and to change a racing, over-thinking mind, into a calm, in-control mind. I help people to take control, perhaps for the first time in their lives, and to feel happier, calmer, and more confident.

We work together. In the first session we will discuss at length what you want for yourself; how you’d like to think, feel and act. And I guide you gently and calmly in Hypnotherapy, so that you become the version of yourself that you wish to be.

You don’t have to be stuck in fear, pain, or the past. Together, we gently quiet the noise of your mind and awaken the calm, confident version of you that’s always been within.
