Then, for the Hypnotherapy, you will be in a big, comfortable armchair, reclined, with a blanket over you, and soft relaxation music in the background. I will guide you, simply by talking, into a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state, and in this relaxed trance state, we can do magnificent work, using the power of your subconscious mind, to achieve the changes you want.
